Return Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following condition:

• The product has a visible manufacturing defect or fabric damage

• An unedited unboxing video is provided as proof, recorded from the moment the parcel is opened

Important Guidelines

• Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, color preferences, or incorrect size judgments

• The unboxing video must clearly show the full unpacking process, starting from the unopened courier package

• Video should be recorded without cuts or edits, showing the issue clearly

How to Request a Return

1. Record a clear unboxing video upon receiving your order

2. If a defect is noticed, contact us within 24 hours of delivery

3. Share the video and order details via WhatsApp or Email

Final Decision

StreeYarn reserves the right to approve or reject the return after careful inspection of the shared proof. In approved cases, we’ll offer:

• A replacement of the same product (if available), or

• A full refund through your original payment method
